For you Internet addicts, check availability online.  If you choose, you can secure your reservation and make financial arrangements online.  But for the lowest rates, book your reservation directly with us!   When you make your reservation directly with our Front Desk Staff or through our website, you'll receive rates that are discounted 10-20% below the internet travel reservation system rates (like Travelocity, Expedia, Orbitz, etc).   That's right!  Because we save on commissions, you get a lower rate!

General Rules and Policies...
Pet Policy:
We are a pet friendly resort. There is a $45.00 minimum fee for each pet for up to 5 days. For guests staying from 5-10 days there is a $65.00 fee. For 10+ days the fee is $100.00.

Smoking Policy:
All Rooms at the Palms Resort are non-smoking rooms. We have a strict policy about smoking. A $300.00 plus tax Damage Fee will be assessed for violations of this rule. No smoking in ANY room at the Palms Resort. Please, no exceptions!

Cancellations:
A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. If the reservation is canceled at least 72 hrs prior to scheduled arrival date by 3:00pm, the $25 deposit is retained as the cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled less than 72 hrs prior to scheduled arrival, the cancellation fee is equal to the first night's stay + 14.5% Occupancy Tax.
Cancellation of reservations made through a GDS provider (Travelocity, Expedia, Orbitz, Travel Agency, etc) must be made through that provider, and are not cancelled until you contact that provider.
